TZC has leased space at 555 White Plains Road in Tarrytown, TZC spokeswoman Carla Julian wrote in an email to The Journal News.
Some 200 members of the project team have moved in and will work there during the five-year construction period.
“We are hopeful this is just the beginning of the positive impact the project will have on the local economy in both Westchester and Rockland,” Julian said.
TZC, the firm that’s designing and building the new 3-mile span, is consortium of companies that includes Tarrytown-based Granite Construction.
The state’s Tappan Zee team already occupies an office at 303 S. Broadway in Tarrytown. Some of that staff will move to the new TZC location, state officials say.
